Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 31, 2026This policy explains what data Loomia Pro ("we", "us") processes when you use the desktop application, the mobile applications, and the account website (together, the "Service"), and the choices you have. We designed the Service to keep as much as possible on your own network.
1. What stays on your local network
- Your audio never reaches our servers. Streams travel only between the licensed desktop and the musicians' phones over your local network.
- Musicians don't need accounts. The name a musician types on the phone is shared with the desktop during the session, on the local network — we don't receive it.
- Mixes and snapshots are stored locally on the desktop computer.
2. What we collect online
- Account data: your email, a securely hashed password, and the workspace name you choose.
- Billing data: payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers; we keep subscription state and invoice metadata (plan, amounts, dates, status).
- Desktop activation data: device name, platform, a device-bound fingerprint identifier, and activation / last-seen timestamps, used to enforce the one-active-desktop license.
- Service logs needed to operate and secure the platform (for example license renewals and payment webhook events).
The account website stores your session in your browser's local storage. We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies.
3. Why we process it
- To provide the Service and keep your account working;
- To process payments and manage subscriptions (Stripe);
- To enforce licensing and prevent fraud and abuse (device binding, signed license tokens);
- To answer support requests;
- To comply with legal obligations, such as tax and accounting.
4. Sharing
We share data only with providers needed to run the Service — payment processing (Stripe) and infrastructure/hosting — under their own safeguards, and with authorities when the law requires it. We do not sell your personal data. Processing may occur in countries other than yours; when it does, we rely on the safeguards provided by our processors.
5. Retention
Account and activation data are kept while your account exists. Billing records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. When you delete your account, we remove or anonymize personal data that we are not legally required to keep.
6. Your rights
Subject to applicable law (including the Brazilian LGPD and, where it applies, the GDPR), you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, ask for a copy in a portable format, and object to certain processing. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within the legal deadlines. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
7. Security
Passwords are stored hashed; licenses are signed and bound to the device using platform secure storage; connections to our services use encryption in transit. No system is perfectly secure, but we design the Service so that the most sensitive material — your audio — never leaves your network in the first place.
8. Children
The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. Account holders must be old enough to enter a contract in their jurisdiction.
9. Changes and contact
If we materially change this policy, we will notify you before the change takes effect. Questions about privacy: [email protected].
